1. We store all our boxed pianos in a
climate controlled warehouse. The average relative humidity is 42% as recommended by piano manufacturers.
|
|
2. We carefully uncrate the piano and remove the shipping blocks that hold
the action in place, then the piano receives a thorough inspection by a team of certified piano technicians. After the
evaluation process and only then will we assign the right technicians to administer the proper prep-work that is needed
for the piano to be displayed or sold.

3. The piano is delivered to the home via what the industry calls “white
glove delivery”, which means the insured piano movers have been trained not only in moving pianos but also in setting
the piano up and positioning it correctly in any given room. The piano movers will use whatever means necessary to protect
the piano as well as the home from damage.
